How to Avoid Negative Energy

January 25, 2022

How to Avoid Negative Energy

When attracting positive energy, you need to know what to avoid.  Unfortunately, a person with negative energy will usually surround themselves with just as damaging people.  Such people live in a fantasy world where they can blame others for everything, so they lack the courage to look within themselves.  This kind of energy attracts people who will always be negative.  It’s a bad thing because the opposite side of a negative person will always be positive.

If you feel that someone negatively affects your life, there are ways to counteract it.  Negative people find fault with everything, including themselves.  They do this to demonstrate their negativity and attract other people who will share that attitude.  If they see a flaw in you, they will naturally express it in actions, which is negative energy.  It’s the same for empaths.  These people feel everyone else’s pain, and they think that their happiness will bring bad things.

To avoid negative energy, you need to know the source of it.  It can come from the inside or the outside, and it can cause pain, stress, anxiety, depression, lack of creativity, fears, and restlessness.  This type of energy will not only put you in the wrong place, but it will also attract more negativity to you.  To identify the source of negative energy, try to observe yourself in silence.  Notice what you’re saying to yourself and what you’re saying.  If you have an inner chatter, you’re likely talking to yourself.  This can lead to a downward spiral, as you’ll feel more resentful of yourself than you already are.

I will be addressing other ways to combat negative energy and raise your vibrations in future articles.  You must lead your best life.

Using Tarot During The Pandemic

Using Tarot During The Pandemic

During these unsettling times, we can feel hopeless about COVID-19 and its variants.

“People are still getting sick around me.”  “How can I protect myself.”  Again, Tarot can give you support.

Tarot is a potent tool to be used wisely.  Everyone should own a Tarot or Oracle deck even if they don’t know how to read them at first.  Just handling and shuffling the cards raises your energies and vibrations.  Meditating and journaling on the following cards can help with a positive attitude and control the surrounding energies.

Here are some Tarot cards that can be of help:

  • The Magician:   The Magician is a card for the strong and the spiritual.  It is mastery over the mental, spiritual and physical.  Focusing on this card will bring in all the elements to help repulse sickness.  You can also use The Magic card and its features during illness for a speedy and complete recovery.

  • The Chariot:  The Chariot is about conquest and triumph over obstacles.  It brings tremendous forward energy.  The Chariot can be used for a quick restoration of health.

  • Strength:  The Strength card is about domination over fear.  Use this card to strengthen your determination to do all you can to stay healthy.

  • Wheel of Fortune:  A great card for movement.  We need to push that Wheel forward to obliviate COVID.  Meditating on this card can create a turning point in health.  Always visualize The Wheel moving forward.

  • Temperance:  Temperance is the “Healing” card of the Tarot.  It will right what is wrong and balance spiritual and health situations.

  • The Star:  What can I say.  This card represents “hope.”  The Star implores us to use our inner resources and call on the Divine for healing and fortitude.

  • The Sun:  The Sun card is the card of success.  It is always the messenger of good news.  See yourself conquering COVID.

I have used a lot of words such as focus, concentrate, visualize and meditate.  These are some of the processes I use for health situations.  Also, I have used spells.  Besides having a Tarot deck on hand, I recommend a good spellbook.  Using a spell, you are taking concrete action on the unknown.  It will help facilitate manifesting your goals.

Stay healthy.

Tarot vs. Intuitiveness

Confused

Intuitiveness Vs. Gut Feelings

“I believe instinct’s the iron skeleton under all our ideas of free will.  Unless you’re willing to take the pipe or eat the gun or take a long walk off a short dock, you can’t say no to some things. You can’t refuse to pick up your option because there is no option.”

                                                                          —— Stephen King, It

What are gut feelings for you?  Is it that impulse to take action even though you can’t rationalize it?  Is it a chill down your spine?  Hair standing straight up on your arms?  Does it come when you feel fear?  I believe this is intuitiveness taking a physical form.

Here is a quote about intuition:

“What a lover’s heart knows let no man dispute.”

——Aberjhani, Visions of a Skylark Dressed in Black

All of this is intuition.  It is our sixth sense.  There isn’t always a need to use rational processes when other senses tell what action to take.  I, personally, had used my instincts when I was dating.  I did not hesitate to turn down an aggressive date, and I left a date at the bar while I escaped.  I knew very early that I would not place myself in unnecessary danger.

As a mother using your intuitive ability is done many times without one being aware.  Knowing another child could lead yours astray. You know that your child should not take that trip.

As I have developed my psychic abilities, I am aware now of when this process is in action.  You, too, can become more aware and intuitive by doing some exercises to increase your ability.  Meditate.  This is a big one.  If you can’t meditate for twenty minutes, five will do. Use guided meditations until you can quiet the mind.  Mindfulness is great.  I use Orin-DaBen mediations almost every day.   You can find these meditations on the internet; they are subject-specific.  Get creative.  Creativity enhances all your five senses.  Write, paint, sew, music, and other such activities are action-packed to facilitate your senses.  Aromatherapy is also one I use.  I love the fragrance of lavender and sandalwood.  Write down your dreams.  Analyze them.

Not to get too woo woo, get in touch with your Spirit Guides and Angels.  Their voices can always be relied upon.  I do not do any consultations without praying and communicating with my guides.  Sonia Choquette has a wonderful book called Ask Your Guides.  I also use her oracle cards with the same name.  Whatever will help, praying and meditation, use the help that is available to all of us.

I hope this helps you to use your intuitiveness and “gut feelings” fearlessly.  This is not to be confused with being empathetic.  I will address this at a later date.

I wish you well on your journey.
